Team Telek@m manager announced in an interview that this year the main goal of the team was to finish the Germany Tour with a rider in Top 10.
Didier Brunel stated " Last year we had a good climbing team but M.cabral who was the captain did not had the stenth to be present on all stage,He did not perform as well as we would like him to. For this season we will have Dirk as captain, he was transfered to Team Telek@m for a record transfer fee for the team. He is one of the best climber and what is most important is that he has some potential in TT which could make him one of the favorites this year.
Two members of the Team (Nestor & Elroy) who had help us a lot during previous seasons had to be sold to gather the transfer fee of Dirk and they will miss us a lot during the Tour but we have a first class helper in Hernando who is having some intensive training in order to be ready in time. I decided not to send Dirk in the wind tunnel this season as i think it would better for him to have first class team mates to help him gain time in mountain stages than winning sone seconds in the TT but next year he will definetely have this training and we will see what AV he will reach.
This year the Germany Tour will be very hard and we have already identified some teams that would be very hard to beat if they participate in the tour.
FFL will have Nico as leader and he will do much better than with his previous team as he will have some great team mates to help him, we will have to see if all team mates will be working for Nico or maybe James will gamble by signing in Lannoye to win the green jersey and hope that Nico will perform well enough without full support from the team.
CCFC Have Verner as captain and a very strong climbing team to support him... his only weakness could be in TT but this rider has always been in Top 10 during the last 3 seasons.
Team Airik will surely bet on Ragnar Edvardsen as their captain, great complete rider and team mates who could be as strong as he is... they have a strong team
Team Weeny will still be counting on Elias, winner of the last 2 germany tours, he will be very difficult to beat this year.
North Shropshire Wheelers have Claude Voorhees who is a strong climber and his potential in TT will make him one of the favorites.
MCT will surely bet on Lewis, great climber who have a good climbing team to support him.
Scuppernong will have Truman as captain, former Telek@m rider who proved to be the only one to be a better climber than Dirk. Moreover i don`t think that his training is finished and he will be hard to follow in mountains.
Team Zyte will surely use the old man Äme Anderberg as captain and this year he will be more deadly as he had some training in the wind tunnel and i really think that he would be the man to beat... If Dirk can follow him in the mountains then only the TT could seperate them...
Germany Tour sign up is very close and this is an event we are not going to miss, Telek@m riders will race just two times before the start of the tour to save energy and we are just hoping that we won`t get any injury."

Thanks for the mention. However I may not even make the tour as I have dropped out of the top division. Hopefully I can get a result before the sign up.
Let me know if you want Eloy back as Germany domestique :)
